Why should I buy books directly from you?
Our titles are available through the above retailers and we are delighted if you shop with them.
Our direct online sales simply offer a chance to purchase an author-signed copy of our books.We’re also aware that some people are comfortable downloading eBooks to their computer, where they can freely transfer them to the e-reading device of their choice. For these folks, we make our various eBook versions also available here for purchase and download.
Is my credit card and contact information secure if I buy on your website?
Yes, information transmitted on our website is protected with a SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) Certificate from GeoTrust, which verifies our website and encrypts all online transaction information safely and securely. The GeoTrust badge at the top of each page tells you the security is present.
Additionally, our e-commerce partner - Gumroad - which completes the encrypted payment process is also fully secured via their own SSL certificate.
Why do you need my email address when I place an order?
We use email addresses to provide receipts and to handle any delivery issues. We do not share your email address with anyone. We may, occasionally, email you about our new title releases but we will always respect your choice to opt out from such notices.
How will my author-signed book be shipped to me and who pays the costs?
We use USPS Priority Flat Rate shipping, which allows us to track delivery to you. The book comes protected in a Postal Service padded envelope and typically arrives within 3 days of order placement. The cost of shipping is included in a book's purchase price.
Do you charge sales tax?
Sales tax, when applicable, is already included in the purchase price you pay at our store.
I downloaded an eBook from you. How do I get it on my e-reader device?
